ELK GROVE, Calif. — Elk Grove police say a 47-year-old motorcycle rider died Saturday night after crashing into a fence and house in the area of Four Winds Drive and Lufkin Way during a high speed vehicle pursuit.
The pursuit started when police say they attempted to make a traffic stop on the motorcycle rider near Elk Grove Boulevard and Franklin Boulevard.
Officers say he was transported to the hospital where he died from his injuries. No other people were harmed in the crash.
