A crash involving a semi-truck and a delivery truck closed westbound I-80 near Blue Canyon.

PLACER COUNTY, Calif. — Westbound Interstate 80 is closed at Blue Canyon due to a crash Wednesday morning, according to Cal Fire.

The crash involves a semi-truck and a delivery truck, Cal Fire Nevada-Yuba-Placer Unit wrote in a tweet. As of 8:38 a.m. Cal Fire said traffic will be impacted for the next hour in the area.
