RIO VISTA, Calif. — A motorcyclist was airlifted to the hospital after being hit by a car in Rio Vista Wednesday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened on highways 160 and 12 near the Rio Vista Bridge around 7:57 p.m. The Rio Vista Fire Department says the motorcyclist had "significant injuries."
An investigation into the crash is underway, and it's unknown if alcohol or drugs were a factor.
