In 2017, a 24-year-old man was shot and killed in the Parkway neighborhood of South Sacramento. The sheriff's office released traffic camera footage showing a vehicle that investigators believe may have been driven by the suspect. ABC10 sat down with Ruben and Oletia Parker, the parents of Ju'an Parker, about what it was like for them to lose their son.
