SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Sacramento's Wizard World Convention is returning for the first time since 2017 on Sept. 20. Here is what you need to know about the three-day event that celebrates pop culture in all of its forms.
This year marks the first time Cal Expo is hosting Wizard World. The Sacramento Convention Center had been home to the convention in previous years.
"[Wizard World Convention] is not just for people who love science fiction and art," said Wizard World Spokesperson Jerry Milani. "You can go with three or four different people and have three or four different experiences."
