SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The man accused of killing a woman in a hit-and-run crash Tuesday was arrested, according to the Sacramento Police Department.
Police say they arrested 64-year-old Antonio Fragoso from Sacramento in connection to the crash. Officials say he was charged with vehicular manslaughter. The victim was identified as 56-year-old Mattie Nicholson Thursday by the Sacramento County Coroner's Office.
The hit-and-run happened in the area of Freeport Boulevard and Potrero Way Jan. 9 around 6 p.m. Police believe she might have been on her bike at the time of the crash. She ultimately died from her injuries.
