STOCKTON, Calif. — A boy is dead after a hit-and-run in the Stockton area Monday morning.
According to the Stockton Police Department, it happened around 8:15 a.m. Monday on the 1900 block of East French Camp Road.
Upon arrival, officers found the boy, 14, and began lifesaving measures before he was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity hasn't been released.
Police are taking over the investigation into the hit-and-run and there is no suspect information available yet.
