Sac City USD official says changes to early childhood education won’t impact kids
The Sacramento City Unified School District (SCUSD) continues making cuts to stop a state takeover. SCUSD spokesman, Alex Barrios, told ABC10 they are making cuts in early childhood education, but says those changes won't affect students.
