ELK GROVE, Calif. — A 19-year-old died in a solo crash overnight in Elk Grove, the Elk Grove Police Department said Monday.
The crash happened around 12:45 a.m. on westbound Bilby Road. The driver hit a curb and then crashed into a tree. The police department said the driver died at the scene and was the only one in the car.
The person's identity has not yet been released.
